Roles in MVP Team
Make sure you hire the right people who are experienced in their field and willing to share their opinions. Any good manager will have a good understanding of the many other roles in the project, but won’t have the expertise to do them themselves. Another important position during MVP development is the Project Manager. This role is ideal for someone who must have a reasonable understanding of the tasks they are managing. If not, the team may start to lose confidence and throw them out of the loop altogether. UX designers know how to build a product that will interest customers well and encourage them to buy. These people will design the structure and framework of your product and make sure it is both usable and follows a specific list of features. Finally, you yourself should also sit down with the developers and product manager at the beginning of the project to make sure everyone is on the same page about how to build the MVP and what platform to use.
